Joy’s dedication to the firm spans nearly thirty years. She knows all the ins and outs of the day-to-day running of the business and leads the firm’s financial strategy and direction. Joy provides oversight of the accounting, shareholder relations, taxes, licensure and internal audit functions to ensure the company’s continued success.
