Eileen Magno

Principal, Architectural Historian

Eileen leads our preservation planning services. With over 25 years of experience, she has travelled throughout the western states participating in all phases of preservation planning including research, site surveys, building and site assessments and master planning. She is well-known as a leader throughout California specializing in preservation planning for cities, non-profits, private developers and property owners. Every project is very unique, and Eileen contributes her talent and knowledge to uncover individual solutions that helps meet our clients’ goals and has brought recognition to the firm with many prestigious awards.

Her projects include determination of eligibility reports for local, state and national designations; CEQA and Section 106 technical reports; master plans; historic context statements; local surveys; HABS documentation; historic structure reports; and museum conservation assessments.
