A quiet yet driven professional, Stuart has been with the firm for over thirty years. He participates in architectural phases ranging from conceptual design through construction administration. He has an acute awareness of the special challenges associated with the process of rehabilitation and restoration of historic buildings, and he continues to build Heritage’s distinguished portfolio of projects. He brings his expertise in historical documentation for projects requiring Historic American Building Surveys (HABS), Historic Structure Report (HSR), Conservation Assessment Programs (CAP), Conditions Assessment Reports, and Feasibility Studies. He is the longest practicing preservation architect in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter.
