Carmen Pauli

NCARB | Principal, Architect

Carmen has more than 20 years of experience in the field of historic preservation architecture. With work throughout the western United States, Carmen has directed all phases of architecture including research, field investigation, recordation to design, construction documentation and administration. She is responsible for a variety of construction projects including rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, code and life-safety upgrades, preservation, restoration and relocation projects involving some of our region’s most recognizable architectural resources. Carmen is an expert in historical documentation including HABS/HAER, Historic Structure Reports, Conditions Assessments, Feasibility Studies, and Maintenance Manuals.
