Brian Rickling

With more than 35 years or architecture experience, Brian helps lead the firm’s business strategy. From proposals and contract negotiations through construction documents, construction observation and project close-outs, Brian has successfully led many of our complex projects. An effective communicator with a thoughtful demeanor, his expertise includes: historic restoration, reconstruction and tenant improvement; adaptive reuse of historic and non-historic structures; HABS and HAER documentation; military and commercial projects; warehouses; and, custom single-family residences. Brian meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Qualification Standards under Architect and Historic Architect.
